The LMC6953CMX is an advanced precision micropower voltage supervisor. It includes an integrated comparator that monitors an external voltage for user-defined thresholds, offering two user-selectable threshold voltage and one manual reset pin. The device is designed with an ultralow power Schottky logic input and output stage, enabling quick and efficient detection of brownouts, overvoltages, and undervoltage conditions. The comparator monitors an internal 2.6 V reference and detects two different user-defined input thresholds. The LMC6953CMX is commonly used in electronic control applications and is ideal for nonvolatile memory systems, mobile communications, Servers, routers, set-top boxes, automotive systems and digital cameras.

LMC6953CMX is designed to monitor system supply voltage and trigger a reset pulse when the voltage is outside a pre-determined range. The manual reset (MR) pin provides a time-delayed system reset. The device has an advanced internal circuit design and an ultralow power consumption, making it suitable for applications where low power consumption is necessary. Other features include an adjustable reset time, an open-drain output, a logic sense inhibition pin, and a hysteresis control.

The LMC6953CMX has two independent user-programmable supply voltages that can be programmed from 3.8 Volts to 17.2 Volts (with a 0.2 Volt accuracy). These internal thresholds are set with two external resistors. The two pulse widths are user-selectable, with the maximum pulse width of 30ms, and the minimum pulse width of 25µs.
