The LMR23625CFQDDARQ1 is a high-performance, low-voltage DC/DC synchronous buck switching regulator (or step-down converter) from Texas Instruments. It provides a 4.5V to 30V wide input voltage range and 0.75V to 15V adjustable output voltage range with excellent line/load regulation. It features high efficiency, wide input voltage range and low output ripple, and provides a low-noise, low-loss solution for powering microcontrollers, FPGAs, ASICs and system-level loads operating from a single-cell Li-ion or triple-cell alkaline/NiCd/NiMH battery. It offers fast transient response with a programmable switching frequency up to 1MHz.

The LMR23625CFQDDARQ1 includes an internal high-accuracy reference and sensing circuit that offers excellent line and load regulation. It has an adjustable soft-start option and pre-biased output enable to enable the device to start up even with a pre-biased output voltage.
