LNBTVS4-220S is a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor ) that has been designed to provide lightning-hard protection for up to four sensitive components. This diode enables protection against a variety of surge levels including electrostatic discharge (ESD) and high-power electrical discharges. It is also capable of providing up to 5kW of peak power dissipation and up to 600V of reverse breakdown voltage.The LNBTVS4-220S TVS includes a number of features to improve surge and ESD protection. It is hermetically sealed for moisture and dust protection, rated for operation between -55 to +125°C, and designed to meet UL1812 requirements.
