The LP3872ESX-5.0 is a linear regulator module designed to provide adjustable output voltage up to 5.0V and up to 300mA current. The device is fully protected and comes with a power-down output stage with a shutdown current of 1µA and an output voltage accuracy of ±1%. It uses the advanced control loop architecture with current programming and is capable of providing an output accuracy of ±1%. The device has a wide operating supply voltage range of up to 40V.

The LP3872ESX-5.0 is suitable for use in many applications such as cellular phone, personal digital assistants (PDAs), PC peripheral card and any portable equipment powered from a single supply.
