The device is optimized to deliver efficient, low noise, and highly regulated output voltages.The LVR portion of the LP3907QSQ-JXIP/NOPB is a low-current, low-voltage linear voltage regulator with a wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. It has a maximum output current of 150 mA (80 mA for the Switching Voltage Regulator) and can source or sink up to 2 A per phase. The LVR section has programmable under-voltage and over-temperature protection, as well as an adjustable soft-start feature, making it suitable for applications such as microprocessors, digital signal processors, and other low voltage control devices.The SVR part of the LP3907QSQ-JXIP/NOPB is a highly efficient, low voltage switching voltage regulator capable of delivering either positive or negative output voltages. It includes features such as a PWM frequency control that allows for easy synchronization with other hardware, as well as a wide input voltage range from 1.5V to 5.5V. The SVR can source or sink up to 3 A per phase, with a maximum output voltage of 6V.
