LP395Z/LFT4 is a NPN epitaxial planar silicon transistor, which can be classified as single bipolar junction transistors (BJT). It is well-suited for amplification and switching applications. The LP395Z/LFT4 has higher collector-emitter break-down voltages, which allows it to be used in high voltage applications. The device also features very low collector-emitter Saturation Voltage.
