LPV358DG4 is a very high performance dual operational amplifier designed to offer enhanced features, improved accuracy and low power consumption. It is an excellent and versatile instrument-amplifier, perfect for any application where signal free accuracy is required in combination with amplified speed and accuracy.
The LPV358DG4 is designed for instrumentation and signal conditioning amplifiers and is well suited for applications with wide dynamic range such as precision temperature, capacitance and strain detection systems. It is also highly suitable for data acquisition systems and audio signal processing.
The device is a dual high power, low power rail-to-rail input, rail-to-rail output, low noise, low distortion, wide bandwidth, programmable power supply, low power and high supply voltage compatible operational amplifiers. The LPV358DG4 operates from a single voltage supply, but dual supplies can be used depending on the application. For example, dual supplies can be used when extremely low noise or very low distortion is desired. This family of amplifiers operate in a wide temperature range (–40 to +85 °C) and provides adjustable current ranges up to 3 A.
The LPV358DG4 features a rail-to-rail input and output. The input and output common mode ranges span the full supply voltage, allowing the user to make use of the full dynamic range of the amplifier. The input impedance is incredibly high at around 10 GΩ, which enables it to capture high amplitude signals rapidly and accurately.
The device is also equipped with programmable gain, allowing the user to select a gain setting from between 1 and 5 V/V.
