LSCR103 is a type of semiconductor based non-volatile memory, developed by Texas Instruments Inc. It is a part of the SuperFlash family of memory products. In addition to the standard read and write operations, the LSCR103 also supports a range of other functions such as burst write/read, and encrypt or secure write/read. The burst write/read operation allows data to be programmed into the cell in a continuous stream with no wait time between each byte. The encrypt or secure write/read functions enable secure data transfers, with the data being encrypted before it is written into the cell and decrypted after it is read back. This ensures that the data stored in the cell is secure and protected against unauthorized access.
