LSN7L application field and working principleSnap action, Limit Switches is broad-type of position control switch. LSN7L snap action is mainly used in industrial automation and electrical equipment control systems. It is a kind of contact material switch. When it reaches the action point (set point), it will output the type of electric signal, generally it’s used in computer mainframe, automatic control system, industrial microwave furnace and electrical power switch. The working principle of LSN7L is as follows: The switch conforms to the principle of storing elastic energy and moving switch. The switch is supported by drawer spring, sheet spring and other elastic components. The two main components are the core and contact. The core is fixed on the elastic support. When the switch is under the action of external force, the core will move, thus driving the contact to move, the contacts contact or disconnect and thus producing the external signal. It is mainly composed of three parts: contact point, coil and circuit. The contact point is the connection device of the switch, which completes the action of galvanic isolation. Coil is the core structure of the switch and its position is adjustable, including expansion spring, plastic sleeve and microswitch film. Circuit is installed on copper glass fiber paper to transmit current signal, which is regulated by circuit board. The working of LSN7L switch is divided into two stages. Firstly, under the action of external force such as hand, when the set value is reached, the coil will be driven to turn the contact point and generates certain electric signal; secondly, after reaching the set value, due to the load feedback loop taking effect, the microswitch film will generate corresponding deformation and form short circuit, so that the switch will stay in the OFF state even if the external force is still there. In conclusion, LSN7L snap action, Limit Switches is widely used in industrial automation and electrical equipment control systems because it can provide reliable, high accuracy and long life service. Its working principle is easy to understand that the two main components, core and contact, get action by adjustable coil and circuit, thus providing certain electric signal in certain set value and form short circuit when the set value is reached.
