Working principle of LSP10240SX3333: the metal separations between two cylinders create a uniform electrical field and the lightning strike-over voltage will be tracked down by conducting between adjacent layers. The stepped connection set on the surface of the cylinder assists the radial propagation of lightningstrike current and spread it evenly. Meanwhile, the particles distributed between two horizontal cylinders collect and equalize the surge current so that the over voltage can be deducted, suppressing parallel kinetic energy and preventing destruction of circuit breakers, circuit boards and other delicate electronic equipment.
The lightning protection device of LSP10240SX3333 is designed with chain lightning surge protector, which helps to connect all related ground lines to the main grounding network, allowing the overvoltage from the lightning strike to spread from the upper part all the way to the lower part and safely disperse from the ground, ensuring complete and stable protection of the system. Furthermore, in order to prevent thunder and strong surge, the ground is connected to the metal separation with a high energy absorption rate, limiting the energy absorbed by the component to a safe level during a lightning strike.
In addition, to ensure a stable performance of the device, the double-shielded structural design of the LSP10240SX3333 improves its protection performance. The external aluminum-zinc alloy material provides a superior durability and effectively resist corrosion, thus greatly improving the performance over time. Moreover, the inner core consists of a metal oxide varistor core, which is also equipped with a movable metal plate core, allowing the inside insulation protection to work at is optimal performance at all times.
