LT1965EQ-2.5#PBF is a three-pin linear voltage regulator from Linear Technology. It is a PMIC voltage regulator type and a member of the LT1965 series. This series of regulators is used in a wide range of low-voltage and low-power applications, including industrial equipment, consumer electronics and automotive systems. Its proven design and superior performance make it ideal for applications which require a low-noise, high-efficiency, low-power linear regulator.The LT1965EQ-2.5#PBF offers an adjustable output voltage with a wide adjustable range from 0.8V to 16V. It is capable of delivering up to 800 mA current to develop an output of 2.5V. This device is available in an 8-lead MSOP package which offers a soild and compact solution which has a low profile.
