Application of LTC1871EMS-1#PBF

The LTC1871EMS-1#PBF contains high-side and low-side MOSFET drivers, supports synchronous or non-synchronous rectification, and can be used in a buck, boost, or inverting topology. Working Principle of LTC1871EMS-1#PBF

The LTC1871EMS-1#PBF controller consists of an internal high-side and low-side MOSFET driver, respectively referred to as SWL and SWL. The device features a fixed frequency, peak current mode architecture. The current sense pin inputs the voltage developed by an external current sensing element, which then controls the output voltage.

The operation of the controller is based on a fixed frequency oscillator.
