The LTC2240IUP-10 also features an on-chip programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a low-power, low-noise delta-sigma ADC. The PGA provides a range of gains, allowing signals with varying full-scale ranges to be processed with the same device. The low-noise, low-power delta-sigma ADC core provides excellent dynamic performance, 10-bit resolution, and increases signal integrity by eliminating the need for an external anti-aliasing filter. The on-chip comparator and digital filter are designed to minimize the power consumption of the ADC and ensure low static power consumption.
