This family of highly integrated devices offers a combination of performance and features not previously achievable with existing devices.The LTC2495CUHF#TRPBF device is a low-power, 14-bit sampling SAR ADC that incorporates a high-speed and low-noise converter input, a single-ended/differential combination of reference buffers, and a low-power, low-noise output buffer. The device has two channels, a sample-and-hold, a conversion count register, a guard ring, and a selectable input range.The LTC2495CUHF#TRPBF is based on successful technology and is designed to meet the needs of today\'s high-performance, cost-sensitive markets, ranging from consumer and portable products to medical, industrial and instrumentation applications.In operation, the device samples an input signal, quickly computes the voltage, and then samples and holds the signal. The signal is then converted to a digital code which may be up to 14-bits. A choice of output code formats (binary or 2\'s complement) is available and the conversion rate can be up to 880kHz, depending on resolution.The LTC2495CUHF#TRPBF is capable of achieving dynamic range of 70.4dB and a signal-to-noise ratio of 90dB.
