PMIC - Battery Management
The LTC4098EUDC-1#TRPBF is a members of the power management integrated circuit (PMIC) family. It is a combination battery charger and system load switch that can maintain two or three rechargeable Li-ion cells in any combination of series, parallel and/or stackable configuration. Working Principle
The LTC4098EUDC-1#TRPBF is designed for use in portable applications. It provides system level support for powering rechargeable Li-ion batteries of various combination configurations. The PMIC is capable of controlling the charging process, operating a load switch, monitoring the battery temperature, monitoring battery voltage, and protecting the battery from overcharge, overcurrent and overvoltage.
