When powering a single port, the device will output up to 25 W at 5 V. When connected to multiple ports, the device can share the power ratably, allowing it to deliver up to 8 individual ports, each receiving 1.5 A at 5 V.The active PoE controller in the LTC4278IDKD#TRPBF PMIC features fast power-up and power-down sequencing, up to 1MHz switching frequency, and adjustable current limiting. It also features two separate pins, one for remote power disable and another for remote power enable.
