The LTC4415EMSE#PBF is a type of power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for efficient and integrated power delivery solution for high-power applications. It is part of the PMIC - OR Controllers, Ideal Diodes product family from Linear Technology Corporation. The LTC4415EMSE#PBF is a low-cost, symmetric-OR & low-side N-Channel MOSFET controller with integrated disconnect control.

The LTC4415EMSE#PBF is designed for high side and low side regulating power flow in two power supplies. It supports a minimum input voltage of 4.5V, maximum of 42V, operating temperature range -40℃ to 85℃, and output of dual load current up to 8A. The LTC4415EMSE#PBF also features slew-rate limiting that allows its output voltage to adjust smoothly over time and minimize the current peak. Additionally, it features an internal synchronous MOSFET which can handle a maximum of 12A of current.

The LTC4415EMSE#PBF offers enhanced control flexibility and system monitoring capabilities, including over-current limit detection, under voltage lockout (UVLO) and adaptive edge rate control. The robust current limit prevents the controller from over-driving the MOSFETs. The UVLO feature prevents wrong operation during no load conditions.
