The LV8127T-MPB-H is a device from the product family of Power Management ICs (PMICs) motor drivers and controllers. In RCC mode, the MOSFET is continuously turned on and off resulting in greater efficiency at low and medium speeds.

The built-in over-current protection feature of the LV8127T-MPB-H can detect current exceeding the user defined limit, and shut down the device immediately to protect against component damage. The user adjustable temperature slope protection feature will detect temperature rises in the circuit and decrease the drive current accordingly, preventing thermal runaway and component damage. The LV8127T-MPB-H also features a low on resistance of 0.3Ω to 1.2Ω, making it highly efficient in motor speed control and power saving applications.
