The LV8813G-AH is a single-package integrated motor driver, which is designed for driving brushless DC motors designed for a variety of applications, including indoor and outdoor applications. The LV8813G-AH integrates high voltage power MOSFETs, a low voltage control circuit and a rotary optical encoder to provide a complete solution for brushless DC motor solutions. It also features an enhanced low voltage input range for improved efficiency, increased robustness and superior safety.

The LV8813G-AH motor driver is a 3-phase, H-bridge Full-bridge motor driver intended to run a BLDC motor with a three-phase voltage signal. The motor driver is composed of three external MOSFETs, each of which runs in parallel with a high voltage power MOSFET. The high-side and low-side MOSFETs are charged with the appropriate voltage levels to drive the BLDC motor in order to achieve the desired operation. The LV8813G-AH provides a wide control range for the drive, up to 2.5A (for currents up to 24V).
