M27V160-100K1: Application Field and Working Principle

In single-transaction mode, the Sfps single-transaction interface is used to facilitate communication. Data is transferred with a dedicated set of single-transaction write commands and read commands. The M27V160-100K1 also has advanced security features, such as user-defined identification codes, physical write-protect pins and reset commands, as well as multiple command sequences for read and write operations. To prevent accidental erasing or writing of data, the device has a number of built-in safeguards, such as an erase/write protection layer and a program verification check.
