M2S005S-1VFG400I is an embedded system-on-chip (SoC) designed for the development of high-end embedded systems. It is developed in an ARM Cortex-M4 core processor architecture and is equipped with flexible memory architectures, multiple peripheral controllers, as well as a host of high-performance embedded software and hardware development environments.
