Working Principle

The M95640-MN6P is based on standard I2C serial control. The I2C serial bus consists of two lines: the clock line (SCL) and the data line (SDA). The voltage applied to the clock line is usually driven by a high-level voltage between 2.5-5.5V and the maximum transmission rate is 200kHz.

The device can operate in four modes: Read, Write, Increment, Decrement and Erase. The Read mode is used to read the data stored in the device. The Write mode is used to write data to the device.
