MA3X72700L

MA3X72700L is a single rectifier diode commonly used in the consumer electronics and automotive industries. It is a part of the family of diodes known as Schottky diodes, which are named after their inventor, Walter H. Schottky. The MA3X72700L is a low–cost, low–power diode and is capable of blocking reverse voltage up to power ratings that range from 500mW to 1A.
