Working Principle of MADLN11SG

MADLN11SG motor driver board and module works based on the field oriented control (FOC)observation technique. It consists of several components such as a microcontroller, a bridge IC, half-bridge driver, temperature sensor, isolated power supply, control board and feedback board. All these components work together to achieve a powerful and efficient motor control power.

The MCU is used to drive the bridge IC, detect motor electrical parameters and feedback as a reference. Half bridge drivers are used to drive the FETs with the signals from the MCU to control the motor direction and adjust the PWM current. The temperature sensor and feedback board form a closed loop around the motor driver board/module and send data to the MCU for power limitation. The isolated power supply separate the motor driver power from board power to eliminate the influence of EMI interference.

The working principle of MADLN11SG is based on the concept of sensorless FOC. It can monitor the output current of the motor and provide closed loop current control with the low-speed startup control mode.
