MASMCG13CA Circuit Protection

The MASMCG13CA is a unidirectional ESD (electro-static discharge) protection diode, which belongs to the category of TVS (transient voltage suppressor) diodes. It consists of both a standard diode and a surface-mount package integrated with a zener diode.
