MAX20003ATPB/V+C2

The MAX20003ATPB/V+C2 is a triple-output step-down regulator that’s designed to provide a rail of +3A at 6V, +3A at 5V, and +1.5A at 1.8V. It\'s also available in an AECQ-qualified version (MAX20003ATPB/V+CT). This regulator has a power-optimized design that offers high efficiency, low noise, and fast transient response. It also features a patented adaptive synchronous rectification scheme which allows it to operate at frequencies up to 500 kHz.

The pulse-width modulated switch control circuit is connected to the output voltage rail, and is responsible for switching the transistor on and off. When the switch is turned on, current flows into the load, allowing the load to consume power. When the switch is turned off, the current ceases to flow and the load stops consuming power.

The MAX20003ATPB/V+C2 is equipped with a wide range of features, including programmable soft start, over temperature protection, and over voltage protection. It’s also designed to be used with external frequency compensation and can be programmed via I2C for external application.
