MAX20078ATE/V+T is a PMIC - LED Drivers designed to provide a single-stage current limit, constant voltage and constant thermal effect, enabling the smooth operation of automotive and off-road LED lighting solutions. It provides the designer with the ability to design a high-efficiency, low-cost, reliable and efficient LED lighting system.

The MAX20078ATE/V+T is a step-down, low-dropout, high-side gate driver IC with a built-in thermal shutdown function. It provides a wide range of output current from 0.25A up to 4.0A, with a programmable PWM duty cycle control. The output voltage is adjustable from 1.4V to 4.2V, with the maximum operating frequency adjustable from 10MHz to 210MHz.
