MAX20733EPL+ is a DC/DC step-down voltage regulator designed to deliver a maximum power of 1.6A to the load while consuming a nominal current of 15.5μA in normal operation. It features a wide input voltage range from 0.9V to 5.5V, while delivering a regulated output voltage as low as 0.6V. The device also has an adjustable switching frequency of up to 2.2MHz and is configured with a low-dropout voltage of only 350mV at 1.6A. In addition, the internal charge pump allows the device to be powered from a single Li-ion cell.
