MAX208IDW is a high speed, wide temperature range, low power, unidirectional transceiver from Maxim IC. It is used to transmit or receive digital signals over long distances. This filtered signal is then converted back to its digital form, and transmitted over the desired distance. The MAX208IDW transceiver has been designed to work with both TTL and CMOS logic levels, allowing for a wide range of applications.
