The MAX22501EATA+ is a single-channel, half-duplex, constant current I2C-bus logic- and signal-level translator from Maxim Integrated Products, which is suitable for wide range of applications, particularly bulk tools and sensors. It is the first product available in the I2C-bus signal-level translation family to include true constant current sink and source protection that accommodates up to 1kV contact discharge.
