The MAX2670GTB/V+T RF Front End (LNA + PA) is a highly integrated, high-performance radio front-end IC providing a low-power solution for applications in the lower microwave frequency bands between 400MHz and 1050MHz. It delivers excellent receive sensitivity over a wideband channel with low noise figure, high linearity, excellent linearity, high dynamic range, and high linear output power. It also offers a low power consumption, a simple command interface, and an on-chip regulator. The MAX2670GTB/V+T can be integrated into both portable and fixed wireless applications to facilitate seamless wireless communication.
The MAX2670GTB/V+T RF Front End (LNA + PA) supports two modes of operation: low-noise amplifier (LNA) and power amplifier (PA). In LNA mode, the chip offers a low-noise figure and a wide dynamic range, which makes it suitable for low noise applications such as high-Gain antenna receivers.
