The 3D DAC allows for the stereo signal to be converted to a 3D signal with full 3D capability enabled. The 3D DAC also provides the ability to adjust the stereo signal level, minimize crosstalk, and reduce harmonic distortion.

It includes on-chip diagnostic monitoring, system monitoring, and fault detection capabilities, as well as automatic over-temperature system protection.
