The MAX4173TESA is an low-power, asymmentrical, rail-to-rail, CMOS active filter designed for instrumentation, buffer amp, and OP amp applications. Utilizing linearly enhanced CMOS architecture, this device provides excellent linearity and immunity to rail-snapback with low power consumption. The positive rail voltage is compatible with any DC voltage up to 32 V while the negative rail voltage is compatible with 3 V to +32 V, making it suitable for applications where the input signal sources may range from rail-to-rail or beyond. The MAX4173TESA provides excellent EMC performance with improved transient (settling) and distortion characteristics, making it an ideal choice in instrumentation and sound application such as hi-fi sound systems, electro-acoustic testing, audio mixers, and loudspeakers.
