MAX4403ASD+

The MAX4403ASD+ from Maxim Integrated is a dual/quad 200MHz, high-performance, low-power JFET-input, single-supply, wideband amplifier. The single-supply input can normally be operated from +2.7V to +5.5V. The wideband capability and low noise make it especially suitable for wireless, cellular, RF, and portable applications. It features an NPN cascode design with rail-rail outputs and low on resistance for superior linearity and output voltage swing. Working Principle

The MAX4403ASD+ operates by combining the gain of one of its two independent 2N4401 JFETs with the added gain of the cascoded NPN architectures.
