Working Principle

The MAX4517EUK-T consists of two independent dual SPDT switches, each controlled by a single control voltage. A pair of complementary P-channel and N-channel metal-oxide semiconductor FETs (MOSFETs) form a single SPDT switch with a low on-resistance over the full temperature range. The MAX4517EUK-T is activated by a logic-low input voltage, allowing the connection of the desired circuit nodes, and is deactivated by a logic-high input voltage, disconnecting the corresponding circuit nodes. The logic levels are fully compatible with both TTL and CMOS logic families.

The MAX4517EUK-T\'s low on-resistance helps reduce power dissipation across the channel, while its high common-mode rejection ratio minimizes noise interference.
