MAX4550CWI+

The MAX4550CWI+ is an integrated circuit designed for specialized applications focusing on analog switch technology. It is an advanced, low-power, single-pole-throw (SPT) switch with an integrated charge pump circuit.

It uses a low-voltage charge pump circuit to supply the control voltage to the analog switch. When a logic-high signal is applied to the control input, the switch is activated and allows the signal present on the switching node to pass to the output terminal. When a low signal is applied to the control input, the internal capacitor is discharged, and the switch is disabled, preventing signal transfer from the node.
