The MAX4569EUK+T is a low-capacitance, dual SPST, ultra-low-voltage single CMOS analog switch that operates from a single +2.7V to +3.3V supply. It supports a maximum supply voltage of +3.3V and operates from a single +2.7V to +3.3V supply. The low-quiescent current consumption of the switch allows it to be used in battery-powered systems without significantly impacting the battery life. It features two independent, high-performance analog switches for SPDT operation. Each switch features an on-resistance of 25 ohms and a charge injection of less than 1 pC. It is available in both 8-pin SOIC (small-outline integrated circuit) and 10-pin TDFN (thin-dual-flat-no-lead) packages.
