The MAX4638ETE+T is a member of the analog switch family of integrated circuits developed by Maxim Integrated. It is a bidirectional transmission gate analog switch made up of two small analog N-channel MOSFET transistors. It has a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V and is designed for low-power analog switching applications. The individual CH1 and CH2 channels are independently selectable through logic inputs to either a Hi-Z or Low-Z state.
