Working Principle

The MAX4639ESE+T is a CMOS-based device and consists of two channel switches that operate in one of four modes: high impedance, low impedance, low power, and auto-switching. The high impedance mode enables the device to be used as an analog switch with no DC current drawn by the connected signals. The low impedance mode allows signals to be switched without significant loading. The low power mode enables the device to be used in battery-powered applications and provides significant power savings.
