The MAX4639EUE+T is an analog switch, multiplexer, and demultiplexer device that works reliably at high frequencies. The device includes four single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) and two double-pole/double-throw (DPDT) switches, as well as two single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The MAX4639EUE+T provides low on-resistance, exceptional off-isolation—even at high frequencies—low power consumption, and low distortions for precision analog signals. All switches are externally protected by independent ESD protection diodes.

The MAX4639EUE+T is designed to operate from a 3V to 16V power supply. Operating from a single supply, the switches can be used to switch signals from 0V to VCC. Also, it is possible to fully isolate a signal from VCC using its ESD protect diodes as long as VCC stays within the specified power supply range. In multiplexer or demultiplexer mode, both the common and differential signals of the switches remain at different voltages up to VCC.

The switching speed and on-resistance of the MAX4639EUE+T is determined by an external capacitor connected between the CTRL and GND pins.
