The MAX4660ESA+T is an integrated multiplexer and ultra-fast low-capacitance si-gate analog switch designed to operate over the very wide frequency range of DC to 170 MHz, with a breakdown voltage of 15V. The part is part of the MAXIM Family portfolio of Interface devices. The family consists of various analog switch, multiplexer/demultiplexer architectures, such as diodes, MOSFET, and Opamps.
The MAX4660ESA+T integrates a multiplexer and a dual-channel CMOS analog switch consisting of four individually addressable pins showcasing a space-saving 3.0 mm of the WLCSP footprint and a 0.63 mm of package pitch.
