The MAX4998ETI+ is a highly integrated, low-noise, low-power CMOS analog switch IC with a single current-feedback analog switch. It is suitable for applications in the fields of motion/stress sensing, industrial/automotive, medical, AC/DC switching, and power amplifiers, among others. The switch operates at a wide supply voltage range (+3.3v to +12v) and has a low voltage on−resistance (5Ω) and low power consumption (<2mW), making it ideal for those applications where power efficiency, noise interference and accuracy are important.
The MAX4998ETI+ has two selectable integrated current−feedback analog switches, which can be used for on/off control and data selection. The switches have a wide range of configurable current sense resistor values (5nA to 25nA) and are suitable for low−impedance, low−current signals. The devices also have an adjustable current limit (up to 250µA on the BCD1 pin) and a wide variety of operating modes.
The MAX4998ETI+ provides two operation modes - a single mode and a dual mode - which can be used for on/off control and data selection.
