Its adjustable frequency range can be set up to 1MHz and its maximum switching frequency is adjustable up to 10MHz.The MAX5015ESI supports two normal operation modes: Pulse-by-Pulse (PBP) pulse-by-pulse current limitation mode, and Power-Limit (PL) peak current limit mode. If the output current exceeds the OCP limit, the PBP mode will reduce the output voltage. The PL mode will reduce the output voltage, with a minimum limit set of -25%.The MAX5015ESI is designed with an integrated zero-current detection circuit for EMI reduction and output voltage overshoot protection. The overshoot protection is set by the OVH (Over-Voltage) capacitor. The MAX5015ESI integrates a 2.5μA startup current, adjustable output voltage and adjustable start-up current limit.The MAX5015ESI Designed with maximum efficiency in mind, with the optimal frequency range (2kHz), the MAX5015ESI benefits from low switching losses and improved thermal characteristics.
