The MAX6021BEUR+T are precision, low-power, micropower shunt voltage references (VREFs) offering exceptional accuracy. These VREFs provide excellent temperature stability and low noise. The devices are available in two fixed output-voltage options, each featuring a voltage accuracy of ±0.01% and a maximum output of 5 V. Internal short-circuit and thermal-overload protection ensure reliable operation. Low quiescent current (typically 4 µA) and low-dropout (LDO) regulators are ideal for military and industrial applications. This device is housed in SOT-23 and MSOP-8 packages.
The MAX6021BEUR+T\'s application field include a variety of industrial, telecom and data processing operations. It serves as a key component in the implementation of precision level-shifting and linear-regulator circuits.
