The MAX6897AAZT+T is an advanced system reset supervisor and multi-voltage monitoring IC. It is part of a 5.4V Input Microprocessor Supervisory Circuit (MPU) suitable for microprocessor applications requiring real-time clock (RTC) and power-fail detection. This PMIC - Supervisors comes with active-high / active-low reset outputs, watchdog timeout reset, and three programmable reset timeout periods.
