The MAX743CPE+ is a DC/DC switching regulator with integrated Pow-R-Switch® circuitry, with exceptional design flexibility combined with very low power dissipation. It is a highly integrated, low power, high performance voltage regulator. The device is designed to operate from a wide 2.25V to 18V input voltage range and provides an efficient, adjustable output voltage of 0.5V to 6V. The MAX743CPE+ operates on either an input or output PWM bias control signal and provides an output current of up to 2A with a maximum output voltage of 6V.
