The MAX752CPA is a dual channel step-down DC-DC switching regulator IC (PMIC), designed to convert a higher input voltage to a lower regulated voltage with a low-cost, fixed frequency, pulse-width modulated (PWM) architecture. It integrates two independent synchronous buck converters capable of delivering up to 3A of continuous output current per channel. It is also equipped with a programmable current foldback overvoltage protection, designed to prevent overcurrent or overvoltage faults from occurring.
