It integrates a power MOSFET, switch-mode regulator, and the other necessary circuits into a tiny 10-pin low-profile miniature package. The MAX765ESA+ has a very small footprint and is one of the simplest, lowest cost, and most efficient dc-dc converters available. It is ideal for use in automotive, industrial, telecom, and other systems requiring high current levels, tight regulation tolerance, small size, and low cost.
