The MAX908EPD+ is a linear 3-state comparator designed to increase the dynamic range of applications where a range of signal amplitudes needs to be compared, such as medical ultrasound imaging. This device provides high accuracy and low power consumption.

The MAX908EPD+ device features an 8-bit, self-calibrating signal pipeline, an integrated peak clamp amplifier stage, high common-mode rejection (CMR) and unique low-offset operations. It has an extremely low voltage differential of 4mV, and can accurately compare a signal with a reference voltage of 20mV.
