The 5V DCDC Buck Converter can deliver up to 1A of output and supports an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It also has an embedded synchronous rectifier and an integrated internal power FET to reduce external component requirements, improving system efficiency.
The integrated ultra-low quiescent current LDO regulators provide output accuracy of ±1.5%, with a minimum quiescent current of only 0.6μA. The adjustable linear regulator provides excellent load and line regulation with variable output range from 0.6V to 5V.
